Low Throes Anonymous Voicemail Project – Terms & Conditions

By leaving a voicemail on the Low Throes anonymous phone line (“the Project”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before participating.

1. Purpose of the Project
Low Throes is collecting anonymous voicemail messages to be used as inspiration and/or direct material in future creative works. These works may include but are not limited to: music, lyrics, sound recordings, live performances, promotional materials, music videos, social media posts, films, or other artistic and commercial projects.

2. Anonymity
Callers are not required to identify themselves.
Please do not share personal information such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, or any information that could identify a third party.
Low Throes will not attempt to trace, identify, or verify the identity of callers.

3. Consent & Rights Granted
By leaving a voicemail, you:
– Grant Low Throes and its members, affiliates, licensees, and partners an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, use, edit, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your voicemail, in whole or in part, in any media (now known or developed in the future), for artistic, promotional, or commercial purposes.
– Waive any right to inspect, approve, or be compensated for the use of your voicemail.
– Confirm that your contribution does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Content
You agree not to leave messages that contain:
– Threats, harassment, or hate speech.
– Criminal admissions or confessions that require legal reporting.
– Personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.
– Any content that violates applicable laws.
Low Throes reserves the right to delete or disregard voicemails that contain prohibited content.

5. No Expectation of Privacy
Voicemails may be used publicly. By calling, you understand that:Your voice, words, or sounds may be broadcast or otherwise shared. Once incorporated into a project, your voicemail cannot reasonably be removed.

6. Limitation of Liability
You participate in the Project at your own discretion. Low Throes and its affiliates are not liable for: Any unintended disclosure of information you provide.Any loss, damage, or claim arising out of the use of your voicemail.

7. Termination
Low Throes reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Project at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of State of Washington, USA
